Our client is a well-established engineering company with decades of experience delivering specialist control system design, software development, and manufacturing solutions across a wide range of industrial sectors.

Due to continued growth, they now require an experienced Control Panel Wirer to join their team in the Nuneaton area. This is an excellent opportunity to work on innovative projects within a collaborative environment that values technical expertise, safety, and teamwork. Some travel to customer sites will be required during project phases.

What’s involved for the Control Panel Wirer…

• Assemble control panels in the workshop

• Wire up communication cables, cable containment, wiring motors, controllers and sensors

• Terminate field cables within control panels

• Play a key part of a wider team and assist with site installations

• Read schematic drawings provided by electrical designers.

• Collaborate with electrical designers and project teams.

What you’ll need…

• Minimum of 2 years control panel wiring experience or in a similar role

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and components

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical drawings

• Familiarity with electrical safety practices and regulations

• Excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Excellent communication skills
