We started in Peterborough, placing office staff for a handful of local firms. Those same firms kept coming back - and soon they were asking us to handle their technical and senior appointments across engineering, manufacturing and C-suite commercial roles. Twenty five years later, that trusted relationship still drives everything we do, and our reach now spans the whole of the UK.

We've stayed deliberately small in structure and deliberately deep in specialism. Every consultant here focuses on one sector, meets candidates face to face, and walks the sites they recruit for. It takes more time, but it means we understand the role, the culture and the person before anyone is put forward.
