Production Manager

St Neots £30,000 (DOE) Full Time, Permanent

In a nutshell...

As Production Manager you will be responsible for Team Leaders alongside managing the production operations within an engineering environment. You will be a natural motivator whilst controlling labour and promoting safe working environment. You will be able to identify areas of weakness or risk and implement corrective action. The ideal candidate will have experience of working within a production/factory environment.

• Recruit, Interview & hold disciplinary meetings

You will need…

• MUST have manufacturing or factory experience at a management level

• Experience managing and leading teams of circa 40 people

• Proven experience of motivating and developing teams

• Good understanding of a manufacturing process

• Excellent communication skills

This is a full time permanent position and is working 4 on 3 off, 6am – 6pm Salary £30,000 P.A depending on experience.
