South London £40,000 - £55,000 P.A (DOE) Full Time, Permanent In a nutshell...

As Site Manager you will have experience working within construction. You will lead construction-teams installing structural elements of multimillion pound commercial projects. You must have structural engineering experience working with concrete, steel or masonry.

You will ensure that all site workers are adhering to H&S whilst managing suppliers, dealing with main contractors, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and in full.

You will need…

• MUST have structural construction experience at a management level

• Experience managing site teams

• Proven experience of motivating and developing teams

• Excellent communication skills

• CSCS in site management SMSTS or IOSH equivalent

• Full Driving License

This position is full time, permanent operating in South London (Slough area) Salary £40,000 - £55,000 P.A depending on experience plus excellent company benefits.
