For candidates
The same recruiter, from brief to placement.
Whether you're ready for a permanent step up or weighing up your next long-term move, we'll take the time to understand what you actually want - and only put you forward for roles that match.
Our promise
Three things we always do
We are honest
Straight feedback on your fit, the salary, and the role. If it isn't right, we'll tell you why - and point you toward roles that are a better match.
We tell you the pay
Rate, shift pattern, overtime, holiday. Up front, before you take a day off for an interview.
We don't spray your CV
Your details go nowhere without your say-so. No surprise calls from companies you never applied to.
CV advice
Stand out from the crowd
- 01
Put your contact details at the top: full name, phone, email, LinkedIn, and location.
- 02
Write a personal statement that says who you are, what you do, the role you want, and the value you bring.
- 03
List jobs in reverse chronological order (most recent at the top). Use bullet points focused on achievements and measurable results.
- 04
Include a tailored skills mix: technical skills like Excel or Salesforce, plus transferable skills like communication and problem-solving.
- 05
Add education and qualifications with dates. Include relevant achievements if you're early in your career.
- 06
Boost your CV with relevant extras: certifications, projects, volunteering, languages, awards, or hobbies that demonstrate useful skills.
Interview basics
Research the company's products, not just its website. Prepare two examples of problems you solved and what the result was. Arrive ten minutes early. Ask about the team you'd be joining and what a good first six months looks like - it tells you more than any job description.
We brief every candidate before interview: who you're meeting, how they hire, and what they've said no to before.
