As Team Leader you will be responsible for machine operatives managing the day to day production of mechanical equipment. You will be a natural motivator whilst controlling labour and promoting a safe working environment. You will be able to identify areas of weakness or risk and implement corrective action. The ideal candidate will have experience of working within a production/factory environment and have proven line or team leader experience.

- MUST have manufacturing or factory experience at a team or line leader level

- This position is full time, permanent and is working 4 on 3 off with day and night shifts available.
- Salary £26,000 P.A (Days)
- Night shift includes £3k shift allowance
