In a nutshell…

Our client is looking to expand its surveying department. They pride themselves on providing first-class products within the building services industry. Due to continued growth and expansion, a Architectural CAD Technician is required to undertake surveys and obtain dimensions, producing 2D detailed drawings for the installation teams. The ideal candidate with have previous experience of designing on CAD coupled with measuring/surveying experience.

This is a remote based role where you will be visiting domestic buildings and meeting homeowners local to the area.

What’s involved for the Architectural CAD Technician

• Visit domestic properties

• Produce 2D detailed CAD drawings

• Record site dimensions

• Provide insights into site reports

What’s you’ll need…

• CAD experience

• Measuring experience IDEAL

• Construction experience

• Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Word

• Ability to prioritise workload

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels

• Problem solver
