Our client is leader in insurance and household financial services and have partnered with the best known brands in the UK. They pride themselves on producing innovative online platforms that allow their customers to make great financial decisions.

Working on one the UK’s most loved brands you will be promoting the business through brand activity and creating engaging content whilst managing their online channels and identifying opportunities to raise awareness as a great company to work for.

You will work very closely with internal Recruitment and HR teams to help implement brand initiatives that will engage prospective talent. You will have a natural flair for writing engaging and compelling content, coupled with a marketing background that will work hand in hand to deliver successful marketing campaigns, encouraging candidates to work for one of the best companies in Peterborough.

What’s involved for the Brand Marketing Manager…

• Writing engaging content for online brand initiatives

• Liaise with internal recruitment teams and HR to develop and launch marketing campaigns

• Manage media channels such as Glassdoor, Indeed, LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms

• Work with recruitment to target specific groups of potential candidates and target content

• Seek external insights into competition to make sure you are ahead of the curve in terms of attracting talent

You will need the following experience…

• Proven marketing experience

• Proven experience writing engaging content

• Digital marketing experience

• Ability to deliver brand strategy

• Knowledge of building attraction campaigns

• Ability to lead and influence at all levels

• Knowledge of building recruitment campaigns is desired but not essential

Benefits for the Brand Marketing Manager

This is a full time, permanent role offering flexible working from home 2-3 days per week with the requirement to also work in their Peterborough office. Salary is £35,000 - £45,000 depending on experience.
