Peterborough Full Time, Permanent £23,000 - £27,000 P.A (DOE)
Becoming part of the Commercial Administration team, you will be working directly alongside Administrators and work on a collaborative basis so all teams within the company constantly interact with each other to manage client relationships.
The business is focussed on delivering the best possible service to their clients and they achieve this by investing heavily in staff training and qualifications. Not to mention creating a modern and pleasant working environment for their employees.
As the business continues to grow, they are now looking for an additional team member who has a strong background in administration. You will be very meticulous and methodical with a “can do” attitude putting clients at the forefront of their business.
Duties for the Commercial Administrator include…
Ensure that the company’s processes and documentation comply with the regulations of the FCA
Maintain regular contact and build strong relationships with clients
Keep up to date with all relevant product information
Maintain and input client payroll data
Communicate frequently with product providers
Experience required…
Experience working in an Administration role
Passion and desire to progress within an established team
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Be able to work as part of a small team with the confidence to communicate effectively with others
Have awesome attention to detail and be well organised with excellent IT skills
Strong numerical skills
