Our client is a market leading manufacturing company that have sold their products all over the world. Working within an established finance team you will play a pivotal role in managing the accounts payable and general finance activities. The ideal candidate will have previous accounts or strong administration experience.
What’s involved for the Finance Administrator…
Process purchase invoices
Matching purchase orders
Allocating payments
Month end closure of A/P and costings accounts
Reconciliations
Checking authorisations and costs
Creating payments for UK & Foreign suppliers
Maintain and update SAGE cashbook
Set up and process financing payments
What you’ll need…
Previous finance / accounts experience desirable
Strong administration experience
Detail orientated with strong number skills
Confident manner
Strong team player
Ability to prioritise workloads
Competent user on Microsoft Office
