£50,000 - £55,000 + 15% bonus + Car allowance Hybrid Working Lincolnshire Area

In a nutshell…

Our client is large food manufacturing company based in Lincolnshire and Stansted. They are leaders in their industry and sell their products through all of the major supermarket chains in the UK.

A position for a Health Safety and Environment Manager has now become available to join a fast-paced food production operation. You will have the overall responsibility for the safety and wellbeing of their people. You will also lead the environmental agenda for the business, developing long ranging plans that deliver continuous improvement through their sites whilst developing a safe people strategy.


What’s involved for the Health Safety and Environment Manager:

  • Responsible for both factory operations in Lincolnshire and Stansted

  • Lead and drive improvement on all Health & Safety aspects of the operations

  • Develop 5 year Health & Safety plan

  • Achieve and exceed environmental strategy on emissions, waste and energy reductions

  • Be responsible for the duty holder register

Skills and Experience Required:

  • MUST have Health, Safety and Environmental experience

  • Experience within factory or manufacturing

  • Food manufacturing / packaging experience ideal

  • NEBOSH

  • Member of IOSH or other relevant professional body

  • Continuous improvement experience

Benefits include:

  • £50,000 – £55,000 P.A

  • 15% annual bonus

  • Car allowance £6,500 P.A

  • Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5pm

  • Hybrid working 3 days in office, 2 days working from home.
