Our client is a market leading manufacturing company that have sold their products all over the world. Established for over 100 years, the company focuses on giving its products an added value and prides themselves on creating innovative solutions for their customers which makes them the best at what they do!


An HR Manager role has now become available to support the development of the organisations people strategy and practices. You will be reporting to the Director making sure that HR policies, plans and procedures are executed and in line with the company goals. You will spearhead their recruitment processes, growing their strategy to attract and retain employees whilst also helping to drive a high performance culture through the continued development of staff.


What’s involved for the HR Manager:

  • Align HR Strategy with business goals

  • Management of HR Advisor and Administrator

  • Provide generalist HR support and advice to management

  • Drive the continuous improvement of staff through training and development

  • Deal with company benefits scheme

  • Review salaries and make sure they are in line with competition

  • Lead the recruitment process

  • Onboard new employees

  • Deal with employee relations such as disciplinaries, grievances, absence, redundancy, retirement etc.

  • Monitor and review HR processes

  • Authorise and oversea payroll and pension administration

  • Lead wellbeing strategies

  • Identify training and development needs for the continuous improvement of staff


What you’ll need:

  • CIPD Level 5 (minimum)

  • Experience of working in a fast paced HR role

  • Experience working in an HR leadership role

  • Strong organisation and analytical skills

  • Knowledge of employment law

  • HR Generalist experience

  • Experience with Microsoft Office including Excel

  • Payroll experience advantageous
