£46,000 P.A Stansted Hybrid Working

In a nutshell…

Our client is large food manufacturing company based near Stansted that sell their products through all of the major supermarket chains in the UK.

Due to continued growth and expansion, a position for an Planning Manager has now become available to join a fast-paced production operation. You will have the overall responsibility for the management, control and replenishment of all finished products, packaging, ingredients, and consumables at the site. You will play a key part in leading, directing and motivating the planning team to ensure that all levels of stock planned for customer demand.

What’s involved for the Planning Manager…

• Manage, plan, and forecast stock levels to meet client demand

• Manage and lead Planning teams

• Maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders

• Ensure that all stock takes are complete

• Ensure that all factory operations deliver to required targets and plans

• Manage supplier relationships with suppliers, hauliers and customers

• Lead all I.T development opportunities across planning and stock management at site

• Drive continuous improvements initiatives

Skills and Experience Required:

• MUST have Planning Manager experience

• Food manufacturing or packaging experience

• Knowledge in production, materials and stock planning, replenishment and management

• Knowledge of data analysis

• Experience of driving continuous improvement
