Our client is a market leading manufacturing company that have sold their products all over the world. The company focuses on innovation and quality craftmanship, giving its products an added value, which makes them the best at what they do!
Due to continued growth and expansion an Invoicing Administrator role has now become available to join a fast paced and dynamic team. You will be inputting and processing parts orders, raising invoices and supporting the service team with ad hoc admin duties.
This role will suit a candidate who is a strong administrator who has an eye for detail and is able to multi task.
What’s involved for Invoicing Administrator…
Process orders
Input and update CRM system
Monitor and update customers
Raise invoices and send to clients
Double check all orders to ensure parts are quoted correctly
Raise quotes and repairs for products
General ad hoc admin duties to support the service team
Skills and Experience Required:
Strong administration background
Ability to problem solve
Ability to prioritise workloads
Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
