Peterborough Full Time, Permanent £35,000 - £45,000 P.A Plus Bonus

Their continued success has led them to work with leading brands such as M&S, HSBC, Loreal and IKEA (just to name a few). Their team produce handcrafted designs that achieve brand goals which resonate with the clients’ key audiences.

Due to growth and expansion, they are now looking for a sales guru that will help them take their business to new levels. You will be working with new and existing businesses whilst devising a new sales strategy that will increase ROI.

What’s involved for the National Sales Manager …

  • Build new client relationships whilst maintaining and developing existing business

  • Create new business pipelines and devise a new sales strategy

  • Develop a sound in depth knowledge of creative services

  • Maintain a good understanding of market competitors

  • Prospect, qualify and convert incoming leads and enquiries

  • Deliver high levels of customer engagement

  • Be responsible for your regional sales target

  • Ensure that a high level of service is delivered

  • Built partnerships with creative agencies

What you’ll need…

  • Strong B2B sales experience

  • Experience of winning new business

  • Experience of managing and developing existing customers

  • Consultative selling techniques with the ability to match the clients needs and sell the benefits

  • Strong negotiation skills

  • Ability to prioritise workloads

  • Creative design, advertising or marketing agency experience desirable but not essential

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels

  • Problem solver

  • Full UK driving licence
