Due to growth and expansion, they are now looking for a sales and project management guru that will help them take their business to new levels. You will be working with new and existing businesses promoting and selling your portfolio of design services such as web design, videos and rebrands.

What’s involved for the Senior Account Manager…
Build new client relationships whilst maintaining and developing existing business
Create new business pipelines
Develop a sound in depth knowledge of creative services
Maintain a good understanding of market competitors
Prospect, qualify and convert incoming leads and enquiries
Deliver high levels of customer engagement
Project management of creative on and offline campaigns
Prepare project plans and schedules
Prepare project estimates and proposals
Prepare briefs and present to clients
Manage projects through from start to finish
Attend client meetings
Manage client expectations
What you’ll need…
Strong B2B sales experience
Experience of winning new business
Experience of managing and developing existing customers
Consultative selling techniques with the ability to match the clients needs and sell the benefits
Strong negotiation skills
Ability to prioritise workloads
Creative design, advertising or marketing agency experience desirable but not essential
Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
Problem solver
Full UK driving licence
