Our client manages and provides long term and sustainable finance solutions so that they can fulfil customers objectives and help them achieve their financial aspirations. They work with both private and corporate clients which are built on long term relationships that will last for generations to come.
The business is focused on managing their clients wealth which includes private pensions, investments and corporate company benefits.
As the business continues to grow, they are now looking for an additional team member who has a background within financial services or employee benefits. You will be very meticulous and methodical with a “can do” attitude putting clients at the forefront of their business.
Duties for the Senior Benefits Administrator include….
Assist with managing a centralised inbox and be a central point of contact for incoming queries from clients, product providers, and advisers
Confidently liaise with clients, scheme members, and external providers
Respond to internal and external requests
Keeping all parties informed of progress and updating the back office system
Process monthly group pension scheme
Upload and submit pension data onto online provider platforms
Process new business and annual renewals of Group Protection schemes (Group Income Protection, Group Life Assurance and Critical Illness) and Healthcare schemes (Private Medical Insurance, Dental and Cash Plans)
Undertake ongoing administration of existing group schemes, including membership additions/removal and general amendments
Support, train, and develop junior team members
Build strong, professional, and lasting relationships with clients and colleagues
Any other duties to support the Head of Employee Benefits Administration and Head of Employee Benefits Advice
Experience required…
Experience working in Pension, Benefits, Investment, Financial Services or Insurance environment.
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Be able to work as part of a small team with the confidence to communicate effectively with others
Have awesome attention to detail and be well organised with excellent IT skills
Strong numerical skills

Monday – Friday, 9am – 5:30pm (flexible with a 4pm finish on Fridays)
