Due to continued growth and expansion, a position for a Service Coordinator has now become available to join a fast paced and dynamic team. You will be the lynchpin between the clients and engineers, supporting with their maintenance, repair, and general service schedules.
What’s involved for Service Coordinator…
Process orders
Input and update CRM system
Monitor and update customers
Work closely with engineers
Manage engineers diaries
Deal with warranties
Raise quotes and repairs for products
Book service and maintenance jobs
Skills and Experience Required:
Strong scheduler, planner or service advisor / controller background
Excellent customer service skills
Experience of dealing with and planning engineer workloads
Ability to problem solve
Ability to prioritise workloads
Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
