Service Coordinator

Our client is a leading manufacturer who provide product solutions to businesses across the UK and overseas. They are the leaders in innovation, and design concepts through to completion.

Working within an established service team you will play a key role in making sure that all customer and dealer service calls are dealt with promptly and efficiently. You will provide quotations, chase orders and raise invoices whilst providing first class customer service, keeping the customer at the forefront of all communication.

The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background with excellent telephone and communication skills. Working within a parts, service or aftersales environment is a distinct advantage.

What’s involved for the Service Coordinator…

• Deal with incoming calls and email enquiries

• Schedule engineers diaries

• Allocate service calls to third parties as and when required

• Complete engineer worksheets

• Process and raise invoices

• Support call handlers

• Deal with warranties

• Update customer portals with invoice information

• General Ad hoc duties

What you’ll need…

• Strong customer service experience

• Excellent communication skills

• Parts or spares service background advantageous

• Experience with engineers

• Strong administration skills

• Detail orientated

• Confident manner

• Ability to prioritise workloads

• Competent user on Microsoft Office

This is a Full time, permanent role, with core working hours Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5pm (flexible)
