We are looking for a Structural Engineer to join a fast growing and dynamic engineering practice in Leicester. The successful applicant will play a pivotal role in delivering a wide range of commercial, industrial, and residential structural projects throughout the UK. To be considered for this role you will already have structural engineering experience within the building / construction industry.

As Structural Engineer you will work on a variety of high-end projects from concept to completion. This is truly a great company to work for that’s expanding rapidly which presents progression opportunities for the right individual.

What’s involved…

• Play an important part in leading and delivering a wide range of building structure projects

• Liaise closely with designers and clients

• Lead projects independently

• Carry out analysis and design including reports on a variety of projects

• Attend site projects and meetings as and when required

What you’ll need…

• Structural engineering experience within buildings / construction environment

• Hold, or working towards MICE / AMIStructE / AMICE / MIStructE / or equivalent

• Strong knowledge of Eurocodes and British Standards

• Have experience working with steel, concrete, timber and masonry

• Be proficient in AutoCAD or Revit

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Have a clean driving licence and use of car

This Structural Engineer position is full time, permanent, working Monday to Friday, 9am – 5:30am (flexible hours)
