In a nutshell…

We’re working with a growing manufacturing company who are seeking an experienced HSEQ Manager to lead and champion all aspects of Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality compliance. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping policies, processes, and systems that drive excellence across the business, while fostering a proactive culture of safety, quality, and sustainability.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys making a real impact and influencing positive change at all levels of an organisation.

What’s involved for the HSEQ Manager…

Develop, implement, and maintain robust HSEQ policies and procedures.
Lead ISO audits (9001, 14001, 45001) and ensure full regulatory compliance.
Conduct regular site audits and risk assessments, identifying gaps and driving improvements.
Investigate non-conformances, lead root cause analyses, and implement corrective actions.
Provide guidance and support to teams to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
Analyse performance metrics and trends to proactively enhance HSEQ performance.
Organise and maintain training programmes and records, including health & safety inductions.
Stay ahead of regulatory changes and industry best practices, recommending improvements.

What you’ll need…

Full UK driving licence.
Proven experience in HSEQ/SHEQ management.
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards.
Deep understanding of relevant legislation and industry regulations.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
Strong communicator and influencer, able to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Willingness to travel to sites as required.
Experience working within manufacturing is ideal
